Refund Policy:

Products after purchase are not refundable. *Items are exchangeable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on https://justhuman.shop/collections/for-hands

Cancellation Policy:

Products after purchase are not cancellable.

Shipping Policy:

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
• You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• Standard USPS shipping:  if your order is received by 11am (CST), your order will ship out that same day.  Standard shipping times are 2-5 business days.
• Expedited UPS shipping:  if your order is received by 11am (CST) your order will ship out that same day.  Standard shipping times are 1-3 business days.
• Maximum 15 day Delivery of your product from date of purchase.
